Full-Time Sales Lead – Tone Up Health & Fitness

Tone Up Health & Fitness is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. We are seeking someone passionate about fitness, sales, and motivating others to reach their goals—both personally and professionally. The ideal candidate leads by example, drives performance, and creates a positive, goal-oriented culture within the club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example to achieve membership and product sales goals while delivering an exceptional member experience 
  • Motivate, coach, and hold the sales team accountable for performance and service standards.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, assisting with tours, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Take ownership of daily operations, growth initiatives, and team development.
  • Collaborate with management to create effective marketing and outreach strategies to attract new members.
  • Support and uphold company policies, values, and the Tone Up mission to help members reach their fitness goals.
     

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within a fitness, health, or service-based environment. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to lead a team, set clear expectations, and foster accountability.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
