  ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


· Provide unparalleled service internally and externally 

· Answer phones

· Assist with phone inquiries

· Complete sample/brochure/SDS/TDS/Labels

· Setup new accounts

· Key quotations in Macola

· Setup new product items

· Assist CS account manager with regular orders excluding master orders
