What You’ll Do


Build Relationships That Matter

  • Cultivate and manage strong partnerships with healthcare providers, distributors, and      referral sources
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to grow your territory and strengthen existing accounts
  • Align partner needs  with AdaptHealth’s impactful solutions
  • Serve as the go-to expert and trusted advisor in your region

Drive Sales with Purpose

  • Strategically engage partners to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Create and execute territory growth plans
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and negotiate win-win contracts

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with marketing, operations, and intake teams to deliver seamless service
  • Represent  AdaptHealth at industry events and conferences
  • Share marketinsights to help shape future strategies

Requirements

  

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in B2B/B2C sales
  • Proven success in building relationships and exceeding revenue goals
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset and high accountability
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within your territory
