We are seeking a dependable and organized Parts Runner / Warehouse Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is responsible for ensuring timely delivery and pickup of parts, maintaining warehouse organization, and assisting with inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver parts, tools, and materials to job sites, vendors, and the office as needed 
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and inventory transactions 
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory in the warehouse 
• Pull and prepare parts for scheduled jobs and service calls 
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized 
• Coordinate with office staff, technicians, and vendors to ensure parts availability 
• Perform routine vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness of company vehicles 

Work Environment:
This position involves a combination of driving, warehouse work, and occasional outdoor conditions.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (must meet company insurance requirements) 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Good communication and time management skills 
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking 
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus
