- Lead the full product lifecycle – from discovery and definition through build, QA, launch, and post-release optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to assess feasibility, define scope, and manage timelines and dependencies.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Technology, Content, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales to deliver on time and to standard.
- Identify risks and remove blockers proactively to maintain delivery momentum.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for launch readiness, ensuring materials, workflows, and internal communications are complete.
- Track post-launch performance against KPIs and develop insights to guide future enhancements or iterations.
- Support go-to-market planning, messaging, and enablement in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams.

- Proven track record of taking new product ideas from concept to launch.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story writing, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working with engineering and design teams on customer-facing solutions.
- Familiarity with accreditation, compliance, or regulatory environments (especially in CE, education, or financial services) a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and analytical skills.
