Job Overview Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for the oversight of multiple concurrent security projects, working to ensure that each aligns with broader organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive program success and maintain high-quality standards across all projects. The Program Manager monitors budgets, mitigates risks, and serves as a mentor to project managers and coordinators, overseeing a cohesive program execution.
What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):
· Manage multiple, concurrent security projects, coordinating resources across different project teams.
· Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
· Monitor program performance, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve optimal outcomes.
· Manage and mentor project managers and coordinators, ensuring consistent project execution across the program.
· Act as a liaison with clients, partners, and executive management, communicating program updates and progress.
· Evaluate and improve program processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What we Like about you:
· A Sense of humor, creativity, and positive attitude
· 6-8 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within security or a related field.
· PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.
· Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
· Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and risk in complex program environments.

Pay Transparency Statement
The base salary range for this role is $99,700 - $166,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
