  • Performance Management – Establish, monitor, and continuously improve provider and operational KPIs; hold Senior Managers accountable for driving engagement and efficiency.
  • Collaboration with Provider Network Support Operations – Partner closely with the Provider Network Support Operations team (Clinical Support, Provider Activation, and Network Analytics) to ensure alignment, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the provider network.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Clinical, Product, Technology, and Finance leaders to align operational initiatives with organizational priorities and growth goals.
  • Financial Accountability – Contribute to regional P&L management; identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining high-quality care and provider satisfaction.
  • Leadership Development – Build leadership capability across the region by coaching Senior Managers and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading and developing large multi-layered teams (Senior Managers, Practice Managers, Operations Managers, and Providers).
  • Deep understanding of W2 vs. 1099 provider models, capacity forecasting, and workforce optimization.
