Now Hiring: Clinic Assistant - Seasonal help between now and the end of 2025

Location: Oak Creek (with occasional support at Pleasant Prairie, Wauwatosa, Mequon, Oconomowoc as needed)

This is a part-time, temporary position, with the duration being until mid January. 

What You’ll Do as a Clinic Assistant:

• Ensure a smooth and seamless patient experience throughout the day
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support quality care
• Room patients, take vitals, and accurately document medical history and vitals in the EHR
• Safety and sanitation of rooms and equipment
• Assist with other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver license

Primary Schedule:  hours subject to change

Wednesday: 8am-12pm

Thursday: 12pm-4:30pm

Friday: 8am-4:30pm
