What you’ll own

The Sales Enablement Manager plays a critical role in aligning our go-to-market strategy with Sales and Delivery teams to drive revenue growth, elevate messaging, and improve sales effectiveness across the organization. You will transform our technical offerings into compelling, client-ready content and ensure our sales teams have the tools they need to win.


Sales Content & Collateral

  • Create and maintain sales-ready collateral including decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, case studies, email sequences, and landing page content.
  • Translate technical solutions into simple, value-driven messaging for key verticals (K-12, Higher Ed, Government, Medical, Commercial).
  • Turn customer wins and field insights into polished, sales-ready stories that demonstrate Lockstep’s value and impact.

Messaging

  • Maintain consistent messaging across all service lines and ensure documentation remains current as offerings evolve.
  • Partner with Sales to identify gaps in resources and proactively develop content that supports in-flight deals and new opportunities.
  • Monitor usage and effectiveness of sales collateral, gathering feedback from reps to refine messaging, improve clarity, and strengthen value propositions.

Campaign & GTM Integration

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to embed service-specific messaging into campaigns, nurture tracks, landing pages, and vertical-specific initiatives.
  • Support go-to-market motions for new services, solution launches, and vertical expansions.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Delivery to translate complex technical solutions into clear, value-driven messaging and ROI-focused outcomes.
  • Partner with SMEs and product/solution owners to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all sales materials.
Requirements

What we’re looking for

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Solutions/Services Marketing, Product Marketing, or a similar role within IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, MSP/MSSP, or systems integration.
  • Proven ability to translate technical solutions into clear, compelling sales materials and enablement content.
  • Experience supporting account executives and pre-sales engineers selling managed services, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, endpoint/device offerings, or enterprise IT services.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working with executives, sales teams, and technical leaders.
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, with proficiency in creating high-impact decks and customer-facing collateral.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and communicate the impact of enablement efforts on sales productivity and performance.
