Description

The Field Marketing Leader will oversee the canvassing segment of our business, focusing on generating leads and expanding our customer base within the residential windows and doors market. This role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate and manage a team of canvassers while ensuring that our outreach strategies align with company goals.


Essential Duties:


Team Management:

· Recruit, train, and supervise a team of canvassers.

· Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.

· Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.


Strategy Development:

· Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to maximize lead generation.

· Analyze market trends and adjust canvassing approaches accordingly.


Performance Monitoring:

· Track and report on canvassing metrics and team performance.

· Utilize data to make informed decisions and improve canvassing effectiveness.


Collaboration:

· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align canvassing efforts with broader company initiatives.

· Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer responses and preferences.


Training and Development:

· Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills of canvassers.

· Ensure that the team is knowledgeable about product offerings and sales techniques.


Field Support:

· Accompany canvassers in the field to provide support, guidance, and motivation.

· Address any challenges faced by the team during canvassing activities.


Customer Engagement:

· Promote a customer-first approach in all canvassing efforts.

· Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a leadership role, in canvassing, sales, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of the home improvement industry/building materials, particularly windows and doors.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

· Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.

· Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
