Affiliates successfully utilize DEKA STRONG and DEKA MILE program as motivational internal revenue generating events for training, new members, program training revenue, exercise adherence, community connection, retention, lead generation, as well as, to create memorable fitness experiences within their fitness facilities.

The ‘Superbowl’ DEKA FIT events are hosted and delivered by Country DEKA teams typically taking place in large convention centers and indoor fitness facilities. Additionally creating a unique experience for affiliate gyms to travel with their member communities to beautiful cities across the world.


DEKA Affiliates are the beating heart of DEKAs celebration of fitness . The role requires an individual who is passionate about fitness and is a natural communicator with a highly engaged and motivated community of business owners and fitness coaches.

You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new affiliates, developing marketing strategies, tracking sales metrics, and providing support to affiliates.

Additionally, you may collaborate with the global marketing and product teams to develop strategies to maximize affiliate events and monitor industry trends to innovate and remain true to our mission to celebrate fitness for all.

Alongside a passion for functional fitness we are looking for strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the sports industry, and the ability to analyze market trends to optimize affiliate performance.



DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive affiliate sales growth for the DEKA brand, ensuring alignment with overall business and revenue goals.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, negotiating partnership terms, and ensuring their success in promoting DEKA products.
  • Attend DEKA FIT events within your geographic region and any relevant roadshow activities. 
  • Manage relationships with existing affiliate partners, providing ongoing support, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities to optimize affiliate revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling promotional materials, offers, and content that affiliates can leverage to drive sales.
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics (e.g., sales volume, conversion rates, ROI) and work with affiliates to improve performance through optimization techniques.
  • Analyze affiliate sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to drive growth.
  • Conduct regular affiliate program reviews, ensuring goals are met, expectations are clear, and all terms of agreement are being followed.
  • Stay up-to-date with affiliate marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to ensure the DEKA affiliate program remains competitive and effective.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including digital marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of affiliate campaigns and promotions.
  • Train, guide, and provide support to affiliate partners, ensuring they understand DEKA’s products, value propositions, and sales strategies.
  • Report on affiliate sales performance and program results to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to ensure affiliates are fully supported in addressing customer inquiries and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Manage affiliate tracking systems and ensure data accuracy and transparency in reporting.


Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a sales or new business development environment, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize affiliate performance.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns that drive revenue and meet business objectives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • A growth mindset with a strong personal interest in functional fitness

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency with Sales databases - e.g. HubSpot/Salesforce/SDA
  • Valid driving license

Languages:
