Women’s Fund of Central Indiana, a CICF Fund (Central Indiana Community Foundation) is seeking an experienced professional to provide strategy, direction and oversight for all aspects of the organization’s fundraising, cultivation and stewardship. This newly created position will become a part of a dynamic team that is committed to and passionate about mobilizing people, ideas and investments so every woman and girl has an equitable opportunity to reach her full potential – no matter her place, race or identity.
This full-time position includes leadership, decision making and management responsibilities.?The position requires outstanding communication, collaboration, organization, customer service and relationship building skills.? A minimum of 5-7 years non-profit experience is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.? Professional experience in relationship management, individual fundraising, and cultivation of clients/donors with clearly demonstrated success is also required.??
