Duration: 3 to 6 months (Paid Internship; potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs)


Summary:

The Instructional Design Intern will leverage instructional design and multimedia skills to assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of training materials. This role involves developing engaging content such as eLearning modules, videos, workbooks, facilitator guides, and job aids to support organizational learning and development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the manager to design and develop comprehensive training programs and educational materials.
  • Assist in the creation of instructional materials, including e-learning courses, job aids, and instructor-led training materials.
  • Contribute to the development of interactive and engaging learning experiences for various audiences.
  • Conduct quality checks on instructional materials to ensure they meet established design and development standards.
Requirements

  

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software, such as Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, or Camtasia.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough quality checks on instructional materials.
