As a Market Access Manager at Aerin Medical, you will be an essential part of our mission-driven team, dedicated to transforming the lives of those with untreated ENT conditions. Your role will involve contributing directly to our commitment to innovation and improved patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support education efforts on billing, coding, coverage, and reimbursement for Aerin Medical’s commercially available products, in collaboration with the Market Access Director and other team members.
- Assist in implementing payer engagement tactics and initiatives to support improved access and reimbursement across assigned geographies.
- Respond to inquiries from sales representatives, providers, and customers regarding reimbursement and access-related topics.
- Participate in the development and distribution of reimbursement tools, content, and training materials.
- Assist with tracking and reporting key market access metrics and trends, supporting the team’s efforts with timely data and insights.
- Contribute to internal team projects and cross-functional initiatives, including field training sessions, webinars, and new business support.
- Collaborate with the Aerin Reimbursement Center (ARC) to understand case workflows and payer issues that impact patient access.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Health/Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field highly preferred
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in reimbursement, market access, health policy, or a related role.
- Familiarity with reimbursement processes, medical coding, and commercial payer dynamics.
- Prior experience supporting field teams or customer service preferred.
- ENT experience a plus but not required.
Skills and Attributes:
- Solid understanding of U.S. reimbursement concepts (CPT, HCPCS, payer coverage, claims processes).
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

COMPENSATION:
Salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
