We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and relationship-driven Advisor to the President to help propel our fundraising efforts and strengthen donor engagement. • Manage a portfolio of 150 major gift prospects and donors.
• Serve as primary staff for donors giving $25,000 or more, developing and executing cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Maintain a Top 10 pool of prospective major gift donors for solicitation within a 6-month period.
• Conduct 8–10 significant donor visits monthly for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Prepare compelling proposals, gift agreements, and pitches to secure major gifts.
• Collaborate with the development team to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Utilize Virtuous to track donor interactions and analyze research.

Salary:

$60,000–$100,000 annually. Compensation is competitive and flexible for candidates who demonstrate extraordinary alignment with our mission and proven fundraising success.
