RK Pharma Inc, a vertically integrated pharmaceutical company headquartered in NJ, is seeking an Inventory Associate to work with our growing Supply Chain Team as we scale towards commercial manufacturing in the next upcoming months.? As a company focused on the development, manufacturing and sale of high quality and affordable generic pharmaceutical products worldwide we are looking for sharp, driven, self-directed individuals to help us grow our mid-stage start-up team.
This position is located in East Windsor, NJ and is required to be onsite.

- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment.
- Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and FDA requirements for material handling and documentation.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and recordkeeping accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely, following OSHA and site safety protocols.
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word) and strong communication skills.
The main expectations and responsibilities for this position are:
- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods in compliance with GMP.
- Perform daily cycle counts, reconciliations, and physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
- Track and record material movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns, in ERP systems.
- Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage of materials according to status (quarantined, released, rejected).
- Assist in material sampling, dispensing, and staging for production as required.
- Monitor warehouse temperature and humidity logs, reporting any deviations to supervision.
- Support investigations for inventory discrepancies and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, QA, and Production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance within inventory and storage areas.
