SetPoint Medical’s Territory Manager will play a pivotal role in the initial commercialization of our groundbreaking SetPoint Therapy. This position is responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and sustained growth in the defined territory by educating, enabling, and partnering with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. You will lead territory execution including Rheumatologist and Surgeon onboarding, site activation, patient identification, and procedural support. 

Requirements


Physician and Program Development

· Identify, target, and develop relationships with high-potential rheumatologists and surgeons.

· Facilitate physician training, onboarding, and procedural support in partnership with clinical and medical teams.

· Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for sites and staff through all therapy phases.

Patient Activation and Growth

· Promote awareness and education among referring providers.

· Partner with rheumatology practices to identify eligible patients and support efficient patient pathways.

· Collaborate with the Market Development Manager to increase local visibility of the therapy.

Territory Execution and Metrics

· Achieve quarterly KPIs related to site activations, patient enrollments, and referral growth.

· Provide insights from the field to support marketing, clinical, and access strategies.

· Support access and reimbursement initiatives as needed to reduce adoption barriers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Partner closely with internal teams including Professional Education, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to execute territory strategy.

· Share best practices to drive improvements in execution and outcomes across regions.

· Represent the “voice of the customer” internally with professionalism and clarity.

· Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced clinical or business education is a plus.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical sales; strong record in therapies that require program development and patient identification in the practice, specifically in implantable therapies, rheumatology, or office-based procedures preferred.

· Proven success launching or growing a first-in-class or market-expansion therapy.

· Strong clinical acumen and comfort supporting procedure-based products.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.

· Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.


Location:

Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (up to 50%).

Salary Description
$120,000 Base
