Description
EVS is seeking an IT Procurement Specialist for a proposal effort**.
Prepares procurement documentation, conducts market research, and manages IT Purchase Requests through NAV-ITAS. Two (2) years of professional experience in acquisition support with preparing procurement packages and/or artifacts for the procuring activities. Experience in conducting market research, acquiring vendor quotes, and preparing, submitting, monitoring IT Purchase Requests via Navy Information Technology Approval System (NAV-ITAS).

Clearance: Active Secret
Certification: IAM Level II (e.g., CAP, CASP+, CISM, or equivalent)
Salary Description
$80,000 to $97,100 annual based on experience
