Job Title: Operations Trainer

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Vice President, Talent Management

Position Type: Full Time Exempt

Shift/Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00/Yearly, based on experience

Position Competency
  • Delivery of in-house and blended learning programs; facilitating and coordinating learning and leadership development programs; and developing and delivering training sessions.
  • Good platform speaking skills
  • Forklift Experience
  • Good PC skills.

     

Position Expectations

 

Operations Training & Training Management:

  • Conduct classroom and hands-on training for new recruits.
  • Develop training and development programs and objectives for new   employees
  • Obtains and /develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
  • Certify forklift drivers
  • Conduct recertification and post-accident recertifications.
  • Manage site coaches and field trainers.
  • Conduct Company orientation
  • Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
