 Due to some backlogged requirements for the TP regular version pending testing, based on the workload assessment of the current in - post QAs, it will take us a relatively long time to fully handle them. We now apply to add two outsourced QAs. The total cost is 25,000 RMB/month * 5 months = 125,000 RMB. 

Requirements

QA Tester Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality assurance work of command/dispatch business line, including

requirement analysis, design review, development of test plans and schemes, design and

implementation of test cases, and defect and badcase tracking and positioning

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results

• Independently designed test cases, deeply explored test scenarios, designed test schemes,

and formed methodological support for writing test cases

• Participate in product requirement review and put forward suggestions and opinions from

the perspective of users

• Evaluate product code according to specifications

• Report bugs and errors to development teams

• Help troubleshoot issues

• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

• Work with cross-development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development

lifecycle

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• Proven 3+ years experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role

• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, good at communication and cooperation,

understanding and adapting to changes, strong ability to work under pressure

• Strong ability to find and solve problems, dig out project pain points, and solve problems

through technical or other means

• Good communication skills and teamwork skills, able to coordinate and promote problem

solving, demand confirmation and optimization implementation from the perspective of

business

• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. JIRA) and SQL

• Excellent communication skills
