Hotel Breakfast Attendant
Description

The Hotel Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, tending to and cleaning up continental breakfast and Lobby for overnight hotel guests while interacting in a friendly, outgoing manner with guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees with a smile
  • Ensure guests are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed
  • Ensuring service areas are stocked, organized, clean and neat, and all side work is complete each shift
  • Accommodate any special requests made by a guest or offer appropriate alternatives.
  • Support all areas of the food service as necessary, which may include washing serviceware, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning kitchen surfaces.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by management.
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field a PLUS.
  • English fluency required
  • Must be willing and have the ability to work an early-morning schedule that may include weekends and holidays 
  • Full- and part-time positions available.
  • Willing and able to stand/walk for entire shift if needed
  • Possess basic reading, writing and math skills
