About the Opportunity
Join a high-growth, well-funded startup disrupting the orthodontic clear aligner and digital treatment planning market. We’re hiring an elite Hunter-style Orthodontic Sales Rep to be one of the founding sales members. You’ll sell next-generation, clinically superior planning technology to your existing book of high-volume orthodontists—positioning yourself for a fast track to $180K+ OTE and accelerated leadership growth as the company scales.
This is a unique opportunity to own a territory and become a key driver of the company's go-to-market strategy. You’ll play a critical role in scaling a technology platform that gives orthodontists an unprecedented level of clinical precision and control—well beyond existing industry solutions.
This role is ideal for a driven, startup-ready sales professional who excels in competitive environments and can generate immediate pipeline.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $100,000–$110,000
- Total Compensation @ Plan: $180,000–$190,000 (uncapped, $80K variable)
- Car Allowance: Mileage reimbursement

Key Responsibilities
- Hunt and acquire new orthodontic accounts across North Carolina
- Convert your existing high-volume orthodontist relationships into active users
- Drive utilization and adoption to meet aggressive early-stage revenue goals
- Confidently discuss digital workflows, biomechanics, and treatment planning with highly sophisticated clinicians
- Position the platform as the superior clinical and operational choice
Must Haves
- Proven Hunter track record selling directly into orthodontic practices
- Existing book of business with high-volume orthodontists
- Experience selling disruptive, innovative technology in a competitive market
- Startup mindset: autonomous, resourceful, able to generate pipeline within 60 days
- Strong understanding of clear aligner systems, digital dentistry, and clinical treatment planning
- Ability to speak to advanced biomechanics and digital workflow economics
