Description

Lido Advisors, LLC, an established and expanding wealth management firm, is seeking an SVP, Head of Advisor Marketing, to lead all marketing strategy and support for Lido’s advisor and wealth management channels. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this senior leader will build and manage a national advisor marketing platform that helps advisors grow their practices, strengthen client relationships, and generate new business through improved retention and referrals. 


The SVP, Head of Advisor Marketing, will oversee both proactive and reactive marketing functions, including the development of firmwide marketing programs and management of the centralized marketing request system that supports advisors and regional teams. This leader will partner closely with the Head of Brand/Corporate Marketing and the Head of Digital to ensure a unified approach that enhances the advisor experience, drives growth, and creates scalable marketing systems across the enterprise. Lido Advisors offers a flexible work environment, supports personal and professional growth, and embraces a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in serving our clients and communities. 


Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Lead the creation and ongoing optimization of a national advisor marketing platform that provides scalable tools, templates, and programs for advisor growth. 
  • Oversee advisor marketing operations across both proactive (strategic initiatives, enablement, and planning) and reactive (ticket/request system) support tracks. 
  • Partner with the Head of Brand/Corporate Marketing and the Head of Digital to align firmwide messaging, creative execution, and marketing infrastructure. 
  • Streamline regional and advisor marketing initiatives, including events, sponsorships, newsletters, and social media, ensuring consistency with brand standards. 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Advisory leadership to connect marketing activities to measurable business outcomes such as client retention, referrals, and AUM growth. 
  • Provide targeted marketing support and coordination for specialty business units such as Tax and Trust & Estate as secondary priorities. 
  • Establish metrics and reporting frameworks that demonstrate the impact of advisor marketing on practice growth and client engagement. 
  • Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team of marketing professionals focused on scalability, collaboration, and accountability. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or marketing certification preferred. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within wealth management, financial services, or an advisor-driven business model. 
  • Proven success designing and scaling marketing programs or platforms for distributed advisor or field organizations. 
  • Deep understanding of advisor marketing, client communication, and business development within a regulated industry. 
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
