Lido Advisors, LLC, an established and expanding wealth management firm, is seeking a Vice President, Digital Marketing to work within a dynamic environment to design, execute, and continuously optimize world-class digital experiences for Lido prospects and clients that drive awareness, leads, and conversion.
The Vice President, Digital Marketing role will play a pivotal part in helping to drive leads to Lido’s advisors, along with creating and executing a robust digital roadmap for prospects and existing clients to enhance Lido’s overall digital presence. Duties and Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end journeys, starting from personas and considering digital touch points across all media (video, audio, text, and physical engagement points) to deliver outstanding experiences that deliver high-quality leads to advisors.
- Plan and execute all web-related strategies, including corporate sites and LinkedIn, optimizing for SEO and improving rankings.
- Manage database marketing via Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build and design email campaigns targeted to prospects and existing clients, drive nurture campaigns, and plan and execute ABM, all in partnership with our advisory team.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
- Leverage best-in-class tools and emerging technology to optimize results across media and platforms.
- Identify ongoing conversion rate optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal team (e.g., graphic designer, content, technology) to create landing pages and optimize user experience; seek opportunities to engage with team leaders to collaborate on best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital and social media campaign management and execution.
- Preferred prior experience in a regulated industry such as wealth management or financial services.
- Experience and knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation platform.
- Experience with display advertising, SEO/SEM, and ad word campaign management.
- Ability to design landing pages, Marketing Cloud emails, and campaign ads through various social media platforms.
- Self-starter who actively sees projects through to completion while maintaining a high level of communication with team members.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and keep the team apprised of status.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and fast-paced business environment.
- Proven ability to operate effectively and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Team player with a desire to collaborate with others.
