Schedule: 8:00a-5:00p PST

Job Summary: The Compliance Administrator is responsible for managing compliance documentation including preparing template letters, responding to email correspondence, database searching, review of compliance notices, and update document trackers. This position will be assisting with incoming calls pertaining to disputes and other compliance questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft template letters in response to adverse action process
- Conduct database searches and provide findings to the compliance team
- Assist with preparing and updating compliance documentation
- Manage email correspondence
- Update compliance document trackers
- Answer calls related to compliance questions and disputes
- Support the compliance team in various administrative tasks as assigned
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role
- 2+ years’ experience working remotely

Physical Requirements:
- Must have a dedicated and ergonomic workspace at home conducive to focused work.
- Access to a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Adequate lighting and minimal background noise to support professional video calls and meetings.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally, for tasks such as setting up a workstation or equipment.
- The ability to work comfortably and effectively in a home environment that meets ergonomic standards, including proper seating and desk setup.
