Position Summary:

The Manager, Creative Services is responsible for leading a team of graphic designers and content creators while overseeing the day-to-day creative operations of the AdaptHealth Marketing team. This role requires collaborative engagement with marketing, sales, and business line leaders across the organization to deliver exceptional creative solutions that support business objectives.


Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with business line leaders to understand marketing and communication requirements and assist in developing compelling brand messaging. Consult with stakeholders to determine optimal marketing strategies that drive measurable results and effectively manage projects. Maintain and evolve the AdaptHealth brand, ensuring all content aligns with overall brand strategy. Develop a comprehensive understanding of marketing platforms to create and implement best practices for improved efficiency and growth. Maintain current knowledge of design trends and market developments; identify opportunities for new products and services and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Team Management & Development: Lead, manage, and inspire the Creative Services team, including graphic designers, content creators, and production artists. Oversee and delegate daily creative responsibilities to optimize workflow and productivity. Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality expectations. Monitor workload distribution and adjust resources strategically to maximize team efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth. Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their career goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement. Establish measurable goals and KPIs for team members and track progress consistently.
  • Quality Assurance & Brand Standards: Review and proofread all marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines prior to final approval. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all creative assets. Implement and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance process for copy and design to minimize errors and uphold professional standards. Develop and implement design standard protocols for organizational use. Create and maintain brand guidelines for AdaptHealth.
  • Creative Development & Innovation: Brainstorm and develop new visual opportunities focused on improving audience engagement. Design and distribute materials related to sales, training, and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry developments, tools, and emerging technologies. Develop and maintain working knowledge of current home medical equipment (HME) products and services offered by the company.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and function within HIPAA guidelines.
  • Complete assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required.
  • Maintain compliance with AdaptHealth's Compliance Program
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Management/Supervision:

  • Responsible for the selection and hiring of qualified staff, ensuring effective onboarding, and providing comprehensive training with regular feedback. 
  • Accomplish team objectives by communicating clear expectations, planning, and monitoring results, appraising performance, and coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, as necessary. 
  • Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards. 
  • Establish annual goals and objectives for the department aligned with organizational strategic goals. 
  • Achieving organizational performance and retention goals, including timely completion of performance evaluations 
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to successfully influence and unite internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. 
  • Exhibit proves project management capabilities and consistently meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or related field from an accredited college is required. 
  • 7 to 10 years of digital graphics, marketing, and/or project management in a collaborative B2C/B2B environment is required.
  • Healthcare experience a plus 

Physical Demands and Work Environment: 

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, stretch, stand, and sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and/or fingers due to extensive computer use.
  • Work environment may be stressful at times, as overall office activities and work levels fluctuate.
