Executive Assistant

Position Summary: The Executive Assistant (EA) works independently to provide strong administrative support to the CEO and LCHH Support Center Leadership of a dynamic and fast-growing health care company. To be successful in the position, the EA must be organized, resourceful, extremely efficient, and confident when multitasking.   

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  

• Provide administrative support to CEO and Support Center Leadership 

• Prepare correspondence. 

• Take meetings/Board minutes and notes 

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports 

• Make travel arrangements 

• Prepare expense reimbursements 

• Maintain agency location leases 

• Sort and distribute mail. 

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.   

• Interact professionally with all levels of management and external business associates.   

• Build relationships with all levels of management and staff. 

• Other projects as assigned.  

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to type 50wpm and proficiency in Windows-based software programs, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software expertise, are required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum five years of experience working in an executive administrative support role preferred.
  • Must have high professionalism with excellent interpersonal, customer relations, organizational and diplomacy skills. 
  • An appreciation/understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to be flexible and function well in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with managers and external business associates.
  • Ability to deal with a wide variety of people/problems in a professional, accurate, organized, and timely manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks/ projects in an organized manner while paying close attention to detail and follow-up is required.
  • The ability to work independently and take direction from multiple persons, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment is essential.
  • Must be able to manage confidential information effectively.
  • A professional demeanor and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer and basic office equipment.
