HTS is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing therapy team at a senior living community in South Bend, IN. This full-time position, 30 – 40 hours per week, has a competitive hourly rate and benefits package.
Located in a countryside setting of Centre Township, this senior living community offers a full continuum of care and a vibrant, team-focused culture.

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
