The Opportunity
As a Global Salesforce Administrator, you will manage and optimize our global Salesforce environment across CRM, eCommerce, and Service functions. In this role, you will support users across multiple regions, ensuring consistent standards, reliable system performance, and effective collaboration among international teams. Based on-site in our San Diego office, the administrator will work closely with regional business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions that enable seamless global operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily Salesforce operations for global Sales, Service, and eCommerce teams, ensuring data quality, process consistency, and user support across regions.
- Configure users, roles, permissions, and territories aligned with regional business structures.
- Develop and maintain global reports, dashboards, and workflows for performance tracking and visibility.
- Oversee system updates, sandbox management, and deployments in collaboration with regional IT and business leaders.
- Administer Salesforce integration with eCommerce and ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
- Support process automation, data sharing, and standardization across markets; troubleshoot system issues promptly.
- Configure and maintain Service Cloud for global case management, support deployment of Knowledge Base and self-service tools.
- Provide user training, support, and documentation to promote best practices worldwide.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and data governance; ensure compliance with security and privacy standards.
- Support Salesforce expansion, system harmonization, and user adoption initiatives globally.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud)
- Experience with ERP systems, APIs, and data mapping concepts
- Experience with Power BI for reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Infor SyteLine
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Demonstrated experience with data integration tools
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and determine priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organized
Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is 100% onsite. The employee will report to our facility in San Diego, CA five days a week.
- Travel may be required throughout the Quantum Design territory.
