Description

Pay: $75,000 Salary 

PURPOSE: The Integration Operations Manager is responsible for leading operational readiness for integrations, including training, supporting go-lives, and ensuring that newly acquired or transitioning facilities adopt VRC standards. This position requires multi-year VRC operational experience due to the need for deep understanding of company processes, quality expectations, customer commitments, and cross-functional workflows. This role is critical for ensuring smooth integrations and preventing operational disruptions.


ESSESNTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Essential functions:

 

Personnel Management. Interviews and screens job candidates to select the best possible person for each position. Completes the hiring process, trains, evaluates, supervises, and rewards personnel to develop employees to their fullest potential. Trains personnel on security and fire safety procedures and enforces attendance and other personnel policies. Ensures proper staffing during vacation, holiday, and absentee occurrences. Communicates through meetings and written communication to ensure all operational shifts remain informed.

Quality Tracking and Improvement. Participates fully in all facets of the Company’s quality program, including development and training. Monitors, tracks, and sets goals for critical operational areas (i.e., on-time deliveries, driver productivity, warehouse/vault productivity, warehouse/vault paperwork accuracy, driver response time) within the operation. Communicates and charts measurable performance goals and results, and works toward continuous improvement initiatives. Monitors driver efficiency, fuel usage, and route performance through the vehicle GPS system.

Facilities and Equipment Maintenance. Manages vehicle maintenance, vehicle cleanliness, preventative maintenance scheduling, and expense control. Ensures warehouse/vault appearance meets company standards, including security protocols, key fob control, alarm code management, and door lock changes. Oversees repair orders and replacement of scanners and related equipment. Properly maintains available rack space and evaluates the need for additional storage.

Inventory Control. Manages daily warehouse/vault operations to ensure accuracy of stored materials and timeliness of deliveries. Audits daily paperwork, oversees and reconciles warehouse/vault inventories of critical accounts, and ensures compliance with management directives. Identifies and supervises bay consolidations, verifies warehouse maps, and performs accuracy audits.

Customer Service. Provides courteous, attentive, and professional service to all customers in person and over the phone. Handles customer requests and resolves service issues, including disaster recovery drills and large-scale customer escalations. Responsible for distributing delivery schedules.

Compliance. Ensures compliance with all regulatory, security, and operational requirements and supports all compliance-related tasks associated with facility operations.

 

Integration and Support: 

  • Leads integration preparation, on-site support, and post-implementation follow-up for newly acquired or transitioning facilities.
     
  • Serves as a subject-matter expert on VRC operations, requiring multi-year VRC operational experience to effectively train teams and ensure adherence to VRC quality and service standards.
     
  • Conducts hands-on training for operational staff, including onboarding, process execution, SOP compliance, and cross-functional coordination.
     
  • Identifies process gaps, provides corrective coaching, and ensures that sites meet operational expectations during integration and go-live stages.
     
  • Collaborates with Market Managers and Operations Leadership to ensure proper staffing, resource allocation, and readiness during integration periods.
     
  • Supports continuous improvement efforts to prevent operational disruption during and after integrations and go-lives.


Requirements

Qualifications


Eighteen (18) years of age.

Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and clean background check.

College degree.

Supervisory experience (3-5 years desired) with demonstrated ability to manage and motivate others.

P&L experience preferred.

Strong financial acumen.

Experience in B2B service industry work environment.

Problem solving skills to solve people and process challenges.

Detail oriented work style to identify discrepancies.

Organizational skills to meet critical deadlines and schedule resources.

Willing to take responsibility for daily operations after hours or unscheduled workdays.

Willing and able to do physical work when necessary.
