Position Summary
Healthrise is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Front End Revenue Cycle Team Lead to support the Manager in overseeing global team operations. This role supports team education, daily task coordination, workqueue management, audit support, reporting, and production tracking. The Team Lead monitors performance, identifies process improvement opportunities, and ensures consistent execution of workflows. Prior experience with front-end revenue cycle processes and Epic Systems is required.

Duties and Responsibilities
Team Support and Oversight
- Assist the Manager in overseeing global team operations and daily task execution
- Monitor and track team production
- Support workqueue management and task prioritization
- Conduct audits to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
Education and Process Improvement
- Provide education and training to global team members
- Collaborate with leadership to update SOPs and implement improvements
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for workflow enhancement
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Communicate updates and expectations clearly to team members and leadership
- Serve as a support link between global team and domestic leadership
Collaboration and Leadership
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the Manager
- 1-3 years of experience in front-end revenue cycle operations, including insurance verification and patient registration within Epic
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with workqueue management, audits, and reporting
- Ability to train and support team members in a remote or offshore setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
