You’ll work with a passionate team that brings innovative solutions to life for some of the most respected names in Life Sciences. This is your opportunity to lead from the center — creating the operational clarity and momentum that fuel meaningful, lasting impact.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Operations function including managing the Operations budget, staff and working cross-functionally to investigate and recommend key areas of business process improvement to achieve efficiency in day-to-day operations
- Drive operational initiatives from concept through implementation (e.g. the implementation of HubSpot CRM), including change management, communication, and training
- Partner with Finance to drive adoption of improved workflows and technology solutions (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Steward the client contracting process (MSAs, CDAs, SOWs, etc.), ensuring appropriate internal review and risk escalation
- Lead the internal IT function including managing the IT budget, staff, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology operations
- Oversee relationships with external IT vendors and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy best practices
- Develop and maintain the company’s technology roadmap to align with business goals
- Maintain a centralized repository of key client requirements and compliance parameters to ensure compliance with client agreements
- Oversee the client on-boarding and sustainment processes including client questionnaires and sustainability initiatives
- 7-10 years’ experience in operations or project management roles within life sciences agencies or professional services organizations
- Proven proficiency in change management and process improvement methodologies.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics 365)
- Experience implementing or managing systems such as HubSpot, Smartsheet, and Monday.com
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or other LLM applications)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing needs
- Soft skills: Strategic, cross-functional leader with strong team development, analytical, and data-driven decision-making abilities; highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; adept at managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing needs.
You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, curiosity, and getting things done together. Every improvement you make — every system, process, and connection you strengthen — helps our teams work smarter and our ideas shine brighter. If you’re looking for a role where your leadership and operational know-how truly make a difference, we can’t wait to meet you.
