Position Summary
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and self-motivated Ultrasound Sales Representative to grow our footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region—including, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. You will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining existing accounts, and delivering consultative solutions that improve patient care. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive healthcare environment, enjoys building long-term relationships, and has a proven ability to close capital equipment deals.


What You’ll Do

Drive New Business (40%)

  • Identify and qualify new customers through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
     
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
     
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to consistently exceed revenue targets.
     

Manage and Grow Accounts (25%)

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers.
     
  • Provide post-sale support in collaboration with service and applications teams.
     
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and account growth.
     

Product Demonstration & Clinical Support (15%)

  • Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and collaborate with clinical specialists.
     
  • Educate customers on product capabilities and best practices to maximize adoption.
     

Territory & Pipeline Management (10%)

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
     
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to effectively position our solutions.
     

Collaborate Across Teams (10%)

  • Work with Marketing, Service, and Customer Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
     
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to support product development and enhance customer success.
     

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
     
  • 3+ years of experience selling capital medical equipment, preferably diagnostic imaging or ultrasound
     
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
     
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Mid-Atlantic region (~60%)
     

Preferred:

  • Clinical knowledge of ultrasound applications and imaging workflows
     
  • Experience selling to hospitals, outpatient imaging centers, and physician-owned clinics
     
  • Skilled at navigating complex buying cycles and capital budget approvals
