Role Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Educate 360’s go-to-market strategy by transforming data into insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for analyzing sales and revenue performance, maintaining data accuracy across systems, and developing dashboards and reports that enable leadership and teams to make informed, data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales processes, CRM management, territory design and cross-functional collaboration.


Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends and support forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Track pipeline metrics, performance indicators, and forecasting accuracy in partnership with Sales Leadership.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and accounts.
  • Support sales operations activities, including territory management, quota tracking, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent data, reporting, and visibility across the customer journey.
  • Assist with revenue forecasting, system enhancements, and improvement of reporting tools and workflows.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to define and implement data-driven sales strategies. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business/Data Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with SQL or Python a plus.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence without authority.
