McWilliams Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team in Richmond, TX. What You’ll Do

• Perform residential plumbing service calls, including diagnostics, repairs, and replacements
   
• Present and explain options to customers (we love techs who can educate and sell with integrity)
   
• Install water heaters, faucets, toilets, disposals, water filtration, and other residential fixtures
   
• Accurately complete paperwork, records, and ServiceTitan entries
   
• Maintain a clean truck, professional appearance, and great customer service
   
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
   

 Qualifications for our next Service Plumber:

• Valid plumbing license preferred.  
• Minimum of 3–5 years of plumbing experience (residential and commercial).  
• Knowledge of HVAC systems a plus.  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
