We are seeking a Mid-Level .NET Application Developer to join our Software Development team. This role will focus on maintaining, enhancing, and developing internal and customer-facing applications built on the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to deliver clean, efficient, and scalable solutions that support critical business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications that support internal business systems and external customer services.

• Collaborate with team members, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented C# / .NET code.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team development practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and system-level issues.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of new solutions and integrations.

• Work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional development team.


Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of professional experience developing with C# / .NET Framework or .NET Core.

• Proficiency with SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and schema design.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software architecture fundamentals.

• Familiarity with Python scripting or integration (a plus).

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.


Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Jira, GitHub, and Agile development workflows.

• Exposure to Windows Server environments and IIS application hosting.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, or web service integration.
