Job Description: Behavior Technician


We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with autism and/or behavioral challenges to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support to clients and their families.


Responsibilities:

- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

- Provide support to clients and their families in implementing behavior strategies

- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify behavior intervention plans

- Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes and/or community settings

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary Description
$15-$18
