This role oversees the framework, tools, and processes that enable effective product planning, launch readiness, and software lifecycle management. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Client Success, and Product Marketing, the Director ensures the product portfolio meets market needs, company, and performance goals.

The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of SaaS operations and healthcare revenue cycle management with a strong operational background and a track record of making data-driven decisions. MDaudit Enterprise is a multi-module platform so you must be highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and have exceptional organizational skills. You will help set team standards, product delivery frameworks, and measure outcomes to improve product value realization and organizational efficiency.

Occasional travel may be required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

Partner with the Product team to understand dependencies, prioritize initiatives, customer requests and mitigateoperational risks.

•Operationalize the product roadmap; managing key strategic initiatives from concept to commercialization

•Facilitate the prioritization of the product backlog and ensure the proper priorities are set balancing customerneeds and organizational goals

•Drive transparency through consistent reporting on product performance and adoption

•Review, refine and create new processes to improve outcomes

•Champion the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance product operations and support scalable growth

•Participate as a member of the Management Team to develop team goals and objectives and track employeeprogress through continuous feedback, quarterly check-ins, and annual performance appraisals.

•Conducts interviewing, hiring and on boarding new team members

•Sign off on time sheets and expenses in addition to managing other administrative tasks

•Ensure timely completion of all annual performance reviews

PREFERRED SKILLS

•Considerable experience with AI prototyping tools such as Replit, Lovable, Cursor

•Experience with Aha! and the administration of release reporting

•Healthcare operations specifically with Revenue Cycle operations, Billing and Coding Compliance, and DenialManagement

•Data analytics

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

•Four-year college degree or Equivalent experience

•8+ Years of Experience as a Product Manager

•8+ Years experience in a SaaS vendor role

•Proven leadership and mentoring skills

•Executive-level decision-making and communication skills

•Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Suite

•Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps, Thoughtspot a plus!
