About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Managing Attorney to lead our legal team and oversee all legal operations. The Managing Attorney will supervise attorneys and paralegals, ensure compliance with state bar regulations, manage complex casework, and support the overall growth of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all attorneys and legal support staff
- Manage case strategy and attorney assignments
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and procedural standards
- Review and approve filings, pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Handle high-level client communications
- Provide training and mentorship to junior attorneys
- Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings
- Collaborate with leadership to grow the firm’s legal services
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Nevada
- 5–10+ years of legal practice
- Prior experience managing attorneys or legal teams
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and supervisory skills
