What You’ll Do
The 340B Technical Analyst integrates data analytics with pharmacy compliance operations to ensure regulatory adherence, data integrity, and operational efficiency. This role collaborates across departments and with external partners to optimize 340B program performance through data-driven insights and rigorous auditing.
- Conduct and document internal audits of 340B processes, ensuring compliance with HRSA guidelines and CAN policies.
- Extract, validate, and analyze data from EMR systems and TPA vendor portals to support monthly audits and reporting.
- Develop and maintain KPI metrics to assess program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize departmental KPIs and support executive decision-making.
- Interpret and report on programmatic metrics using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud to streamline data collection, validation, and reporting processes.
- Support external audit requests, including HRSA audits, and ensure timely remediation of findings.
- Collaborate with department team members to ensure QA/QI metrics are met and operational goals are achieved.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of 340B industry changes and compliance requirements.
- Assist in developing training materials, workflows, and SOPs for EMR and 340B operations.

Education/Professional:
- Bachelor’s degree (required) or equivalent experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or data analytics
- 2-3 years of experience in 340B, Pharmacy or healthcare-related analytics
- Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate (preferred; required within 1 year of hire)
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems, Power BI (advanced), Excel (advanced), and SQL (preferred), Power Automate Desktop and Cloud
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a compliance-driven environment
Must be able to pass a Level I and Level II Background check as required
