Requirements

 

What You'll Do

  • Prepare equipment quotes, costing sheets, sales contracts, and demo agreements.
  • Coordinate equipment transportation and freight purchase orders.
  • Support financing submissions and maintain financing records.
  • Assist with trade evaluations and equipment reservations.
  • Manage sales reports, lead distribution, and quarterly statistics.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and sales literature.
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within CRM systems.
  • Partner with Sales, Service, and Management teams to ensure smooth deal execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of administrative, sales support, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
