Our Customer Service Representatives begin training on teller line transactions, then can choose from a variety of different career paths.  Apply now and find out what's possible with a career at NBM.


The kind of work you will do:

  • Process financial transactions such as cashing checks, making deposits, and processing withdrawals
  • Assist customers with debit card and digital banking questions
  • Help solve customer problems by listening and making appropriate suggestions
  • Collaborate with other departments in the bank to ensure a customer's financial needs are met

  • Ability to remain calm and focused under stress or time constraints
  • Ability to work from one of our physical branch locations daily and approximately one Saturday shift per month


Beginning at $22.74 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $26.11 with additional training

36-40 hours per week (schedule may vary slightly depending on branch location)

Monday - Thursday 8:15am - 4:15pm

Fridays 8:15 am - 5:15

30-minute lunch daily

Rotating Saturdays (approximately once per month, 8:30am-12:30pm, automatic 1.5x pay for these shifts)

Requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to view a computer screen for extended periods of time
  • Repetitive motion of the wrists, hands and fingers due to regular computer use


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular; Excel, Word and Outlook
