This is a remote role based in the UK.

opportunity to travel internationally while using your technical expertise to implement software 

for high-profile clients. From deploying software and training end-users to ensuring seamless

Key Responsibilities

•  Deploy Insequence software, integrate systems, and provide end-user training

•  Travel up to 50%, including international trips

•  Follow project scope, report project status, and create documentation

•  Conduct User Acceptance testing and support handover presentations

•  Offer technical support, log detailed tickets, and upsell products/services

•  Collaborate with third-party providers and adapt to changing schedules


Requirements

Required Skills


•  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating systems (Server & PC)

•  Skilled in basic computer hardware and network troubleshooting

•  Strong communication skills- you will communicate with colleagues and customers often

•  Ability to work remotely, stay focused, and manage multiple projects

•  Excellent problem-solving abilities


Desirable Skills (Can be acquired through training and on-the-job experience)


•  Microsoft SQL Server

•  Technical writing

•  Proficiency in remote access and web conferencing software

•  Experience in technical support and help desk ticketing systems

•  Label design using Bartender

•  Kepware OPC Client communication


Additional Preferred Knowledge


•  Experience with Inventory Management Systems (IMS), Data Warehouse Solutions (DWS), and 

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

•  Knowledge of hardware virtualisation and network infrastructure

•  Familiarity with Just-in-Sequence (JIS) and Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery, PLC automation, 

manufacturing environments, and the automotive industry
