Hot Tin Roof is a local and guest favorite that has led the way in describing the intangible “Key West Cuisine.” Suffice to say that to taste it is to know it. It is to be anchored in this place, with views and ocean-scented breezes as additional seasonings.

You own this if you have... Previous Busser and/or Food Runner experience and must have PM shift availability.

• Must be able to exert physical effort in lifting up to 50 pounds
• Push/Pull 50 + pounds 
• Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
• Remain in mobile and standing position for at least 8 hours throughout work shift
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and with other departments and interdepartmentally
• Must have positive attitude
