As the Product Marketing Director you will:
- Play a critical role in shaping how Navvis communicates the value of our capabilities to the market.
- Build messaging frameworks, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and sales enablement tools that position Navvis as the partner of choice for health systems and physician organizations that want to improve and/or accelerate their performance in value-based care.
- Be a storyteller, marketer, and strategist—translating complex product and service offerings into clear, compelling messages that resonate with C-suite decision-makers and clinical leaders.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales, and client success teams to ensure cohesive and impactful market positioning.
A Day in Life:
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging frameworks for Navvis’ value-based care capabilities, including value propositions, proof points, and impact statements.
- Translate technical and operational details into concise, market-facing narratives tailored to buyer personas (e.g., CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMOs, population health executives).
- Build and execute GTM strategies and campaign plans for new products or capability launches.
- Partner with Sales, Growth, and Market teams to design and deliver launch materials that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Create high-impact enablement tools, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and objection-handling guides.
- Conduct comprehensive market and buyer research to identify emerging trends, evolving pain points, and growth opportunities.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, including feature sets, pricing models, and positioning strategies, to inform differentiation.
- Synthesize and share insights across teams, creating a closed-loop feedback process between senior leaders, sales, and client success team
- Consistent, differentiated messaging across all Navvis capabilities and markets.
- Successful GTM launches that drive awareness and pipeline growth.
- Enhanced competitive positioning and continuous market insight feedback to internal teams.

We are excited about you if you have these things:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in healthcare, health technology, or value-based care environments.
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery, payment models, and value-based care dynamics.
- Proven success developing and executing GTM strategies and sales enablement programs.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills—able to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset and comfort with data to inform decisions and measure results.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and other content development tools.
