As a Marketing Manager, you will:
- Plan and execute strategic lead-generation programs that build awareness, drive engagement, and support pipeline growth across priority markets.
- Develop compelling content—including thought leadership, case studies, email campaigns, blog posts, website copy, sales-support tools, and executive communications—that articulates Navvis’ value and differentiators.
- Own and manage the Navvis corporate website, including content updates, SEO optimization, user experience improvements, and ongoing performance analytics.
- Manage logistics and promotion for conferences, industry events, sponsorships, and hosted engagements, ensuring seamless execution and strong ROI.
- Lead the planning, promotion, and delivery of webinars and virtual events, partnering with SMEs to create high-quality programming.
- Oversee Navvis’ LinkedIn presence, including content calendars, posting, engagement, analytics, and amplification strategies for executives.
- Support corporate brand consistency across channels, campaigns, presentations, and internal/external communications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Growth, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment in messaging, targeting, and campaign execution.
- Manage marketing platforms, tools, and vendors to support content publishing, tracking, and performance reporting.
A Day in the Life:
- Build and schedule outbound marketing and lead-generation campaigns using Navvis’ marketing tools.
- Draft or edit marketing content—such as posts, blogs, or event promotions—and review with SMEs and/or leadership.
- Coordinate conference and event logistics, including booth prep, collateral development, speaker submissions, travel coordination, and post-event follow-up workflows.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for upcoming webinars and support presenters with prep materials.
- Review LinkedIn performance analytics and optimize future content to increase reach and engagement.
- Meet with Sales, Growth, and Product Marketing to align on pipeline priorities, messaging, and campaign performance.
- Track marketing KPIs and build dashboards summarizing campaign impact and insights
What Success Looks Like in this Role:
- Lead-generation programs produce measurable increases in qualified leads and sales pipeline.
- Website content is fresh, compelling, optimized, and supports conversions and engagement.
- Navvis’ presence at conferences and events is polished, well-coordinated, and effective at generating leads.
- Webinars and virtual events are well-attended, high-quality, and aligned with market needs.
- LinkedIn engagement continues to grow consistently, supporting brand visibility and executive thought leadership.
- Marketing content is widely used across teams and consistently stays on-brand.
- Cross-functional stakeholders view Marketing as a proactive, strategic partner.
We are excited about you if you have these things:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in healthcare (e.g., health systems, payers, population health, value-based care, or health technology).
- Demonstrated experience managing corporate websites
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel lead-generation campaigns.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, particularly in translating complex healthcare topics into clear, compelling messages.
- Experience planning and coordinating conferences, events, and webinars.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn for B2B engagement and brand-building.
- Highly organized project manager with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and CRM (Salesforce) is a preferred
