As a Sales Operations Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the administrator and owner of Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and system optimization.
  • Manage and optimize additional sales tools, including Definitive Healthcare and ZoomInfo.
  • Support sales executives with lead activity, meeting  preparation, and proactive competitor and market research.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and sales analytics to support forecasting and leadership visibility.
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions that improve sales productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to strengthen lead management, campaign tracking, and outreach processes.

What Success Looks Like in this Role:

  • Review and update Salesforce dashboards to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and activity tracking.
  • Prepare account insights, competitor briefs, and market intelligence to support upcoming prospect meetings.
  • Troubleshoot CRM or data-quality issues and coordinate enhancements with internal teams and vendors.
  • Analyze performance trends and report insights to Marketing, Sales, and Growth leadership.
  • Improve processes related to lead routing, data integrity, and sales technology utilization
Requirements

We are excited about you if you have these things:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or CRM administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (administrator-level capability preferred).
  • Experience with sales intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo and Definitive Healthcare.
  • An analytical mindset and experience in building or interpreting reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and leadership levels.
  • High organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
