The Recruiting Coordinator supports TriVista’s growth by managing full cycle recruiting for internal and consulting roles across the organization. This position plays a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring professionals who reflect our firm’s values and commitment to excellence. This role requires experience recruiting consultants and professionals across operations, technology, supply chain, and transformation disciplines, ideally within professional services or management consulting environments.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized recruiter with experience in both corporate and agency environments, capable of delivering high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, professional services setting. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, process management, and providing an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience in partnership with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. 


Success in this role requires adaptability, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and change.

TriVista’s recruitment team represents the image and credibility of the firm. Their roles require regular interface with all levels of a professional service organization.

Responsibilities


Recruitment Execution:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the verbal offer process
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and firm leaders to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on senior-level or complex searches, sharing insights and ensuring consistent candidate experience
  • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking strategies
  • Demonstrate a strong and authentic presence on LinkedIn, leveraging personal branding, engagement, and consistent networking to attract and connect with high-caliber consulting and operations talent
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for high-priority or recurring positions
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Candidate Experience:

  • Deliver a professional, timely, and high-touch experience for every candidate
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders to foster trust and      engagement throughout the process
  • Communicate transparently and proactively to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Collect feedback to identify and address opportunities for process and experience improvement
  • Represent TriVista’s brand and values through professionalism, empathy, and collaboration

Recruiting Metrics Reporting:

  • Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and candidate satisfaction)
  • Recommend improvements to reduce time-to-fill and increase candidate quality
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm recruiting standards

  

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally within consulting and/or agency settings
  • Experience      hiring professionals in consulting, technology, supply chain, operations, or professional services 
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS systems
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
  • Customer-service orientation with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field and/or combination of required education and experience 
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or willingness to obtain certification upon employment

Pay Transparency Statement The salary range for this position reflects our good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay for the role at the time of posting. The actual pay offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, location, and market conditions. For example, a candidate with the minimum required experience and qualifications may receive an offer near the lower end of the range, while a candidate with extensive experience and specialized expertise may receive an offer near the top of the range. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

$95,000 -$115,000 + Bonus
