Join our award winning team! We have an Account Specialist position available that could start immediately. As a vital member of The Granite YMCA’s Database Management team, this position is responsible for supporting the membership, childcare and day camp programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Process childcare and day camp registrations and changes
· Manage childcare and day camp waitlists
· Audit accounts for system accuracy
· Data entry and filing
· Process and schedule payments
· Update payment methods
· Run reports from system database
· Communicate with customers to assist with registration and billing inquiries
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or general equivalency diploma
· Strong customer service skills
· Possess strong computer skills

Hourly pay range: $15 - $17 per hour based on experience
