Base Salary: $95,000 / competitive based on experience

This is a role for a hybrid marketer, someone who can think strategically but also loves to execute, create, build, and collaborate.
The Role
The Brand Manager owns how TelyRx shows up across content, creators, community, digital storytelling, and brand moments. You will build and evolve the voice, identity, and narrative that define TelyRx, while executing the day-to-day content and creator initiatives that bring our brand to life.
This role spans strategy, creative direction, influencer/UGC programs, content development, and cross-channel brand consistency. You will shape the brand and also roll up your sleeves to create, produce, and execute.
This is a highly collaborative, high-impact role working closely with Creative, Performance Marketing, Email, Digital Experience, and Community Marketing.
What You’ll Own
Brand Voice & Identity
- Own, evolve, and protect TelyRx’s digital brand voice across all channels
- Translate brand strategy into human, relatable content and storytelling
- Ensure consistency across creator content, organic social, email, website, and campaigns
Content Strategy & Execution
- Manage content planning and editorial calendars for brand moments, campaigns, and social storytelling
- Lead creative direction for digital content, series, thought leadership, and brand narratives
- Collaborate directly with design and copy to create high-performing, on-brand content
- Execute content as needed — copywriting, briefing creators, shaping visuals, and producing lightweight digital assets
Creator, Influencer & UGC Programs
- Build and manage a creator and ambassador engine including gifting, UGC pipelines, paid partnerships, and evergreen advocates
- Develop creator briefs, messaging, content guidelines, and storytelling frameworks
- Ensure content coming from creators aligns with brand identity, tone, and performance goals
Community & Cultural Presence
- Identify opportunities for TelyRx to show up in moments that matter: cultural, seasonal, wellness, health, and social conversations
- Partner with Community Marketing on activations, partnerships, and creator-led brand moments
- Create community content, ambassador storytelling, and experiential recaps
Cross-Functional Brand Integration
- Work with the Digital team on website visuals, education blocks, and product storytelling
- Partner with Performance Marketing on creative alignment, organic?paid lift, and scalable concepts
- Collaborate with Customer Experience to ensure tone and messaging consistency in patient-facing communication
Insights & Optimization
- Track and report on key brand, creator, and content KPIs
- Use insights to refine storytelling, creative formats, community programs, and channel strategies
- Identify high-performing content that can scale across channels
Who You Are
- 4–7 years of experience in brand marketing, creator/influencer marketing, content strategy, or digital storytelling
- A generalist at heart, strong across content, creators, brand voice, execution, and strategy
- Strong instincts for storytelling, cultural relevance, and emotional resonance
- Comfortable directing design and copy, but also confident executing on your own
- Able to move quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
